» Publication Information Form*
Publication Information Forms are due January 15 for fall catalog (publications that arrive at UC Press the following June through December) and July 1 for the spring catalog (publications that arrive at UC Press the following January through May). Once the title, author/editor name (as it will appear in publication), and ISBN have submitted and approved, they cannot be changed. Late information or revisions to the form may result in inconsistent or inaccurate bibliographic information in our data feeds. However, if you do need to update other information on the form after submitting it, please email laura.cerruti@ucpress.edu your revisions rather than resubmitting the form. It is especially important to keep us apprised of any changes to the projected delivery date of finished publications or final press-ready manuscript files.
